- Exceptions – Duplicate Transactions
Refunds will only be considered in the following case:
- Duplicate Transaction: If you are charged twice for the same order, we will verify the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- No Refunds in the Following Cases
- Incorrect or incomplete TradingView ID, email, or personal details provided by you.
- Misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access of our services.
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or perceived trading outcomes.
- Termination of account due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellations
- As our services are digital and subscription-based, once activated, cancellations are not possible.
